Nice leisurely stroll down the hill, across the bridge to the track.
As one of the Pax ran a lap all other Pax would perform an exercise. When they complete the rep count for that exercise then do SSH’s til the runner returns and then the next person would go and we would do another round of exercises. I encouraged the group to do some sort of movement if they can’t do SSH’s. Do squats, LBC’s, doesn’t matter as long as you keep doing something. There were 4 rounds, we were able to do each round twice and a pax choice round.
1st round-30 2ct Mnt Climbers
2nd round-30 Merkins
3rd round-30 Plank Jacks
4th round-15 Burpees
Rinse and Repeat
Mosey to coupons for 5 Man Makers and a then a 20 yard murder bunny and then a reverse murder bunny.
