Began on one side of parking lot with 10 coupon squats, proceeded to the other side to do 10 curls for girls. Headed back to the start to do 10 bent over rows. Back across to do 10 trcep extensions. Back to the start to do 10 straight leg dead lifts. Back across to do over head press. Did I mention that the only two acceptable modes of travel in between was murder bunnies or bernie? It was lovely. We rinsed and repeated 5 times. But wait there is more. After the third rinse, the PAX decided to add 4 more exercises. Coupon swings paired with WW1’s and Elf on a shelf paired with LBC’s. All done with the coupon of course.
Once finished with all 5 rinses, the coupons were returned to their rightful place.
