Mosey to 2nd Parking lot for a round of Dominos. Grab a curb and start in side plank position. Rotate and do 10 irkins then rotate to other side plank position and hold as the dominos fall. Debris joined us so we did another round.
Mosey to bottom of hill for a round of Nickels and Dimes.
5 rounds with exercises at top and bottom.
1.Sprint to top-10 hand release merkins, Foxhole hop to bottom, 10 American Hammers
2.Bearnie to top, 10 plank jacks, sprint down, 5 burpees
3. High knee to top, 10 Dirkins, butt kick to bottom, 5 diamond merkins
4. Karoke to the top, 10 leg lifts, 2 step twist to the bottom, 10 flutter kicks
5. Sprint to top, 10 air squats, sprint down, 5 peter parker merkins.
Mosey to track for some AMRAP pullups.
