Welcome to YHC’s 50th post of 2023. Disclaimer I came up with this workout last night on the way home after a baseball loss last night in Dublin.

I set an unannounced timer (5 minutes) on my phone for the Pax. In life sometimes we push ourselves to reach a known set goal but I asked Pax to push themselves not knowing where the end is. To push themselves beyond what they think they are capable of.

After timer Bull made it a rule that there is now a 24hr rule after a loss where workouts can not be planned.

Thang: Dill’s 50th post celebration

Pyramid: Start with reps of 10 for the first 6 exercises & then a 100m run. Once first set is complete Pax have the option to eliminate 1 exercise but reps would go up by 10 and the run would increase by 100m.
