1 lap around track, 25 Push Ups, Jog to back of gymnasium balls to the wall 20 shoulder taps, jog to front gym entrance- 20 step ups on benches, jog to main s hool entrance- 25 Derkins, jog to parking lot benches- 25 Dips, jog to bottom of parking lot- 25 Erkins, jog back to track.
– Repeat 3 rounds. Due to time, did one more round on track, minus shoulder taps and erkins.
-Jogged one more lap around track then jogged back up Ralph’s ridge to Mary.
-total of 2.8 miles
