INTRO:
I woke up this morning refreshed and ready to go. Thankful to have 7 fellow men workout with.
WARM-O-RAMA:
SSH 20IC, Merkins 10IC, Bear Hugs 20IC, Squats 15 OYO
THE THANG:
Mosey to McFly Hill for a round of Bearing McFly’s hill. Bear Crawl to the top and Crawl Bear down and do 5 burpees.
Caught our breath with a round of COP Monkey Humpers.
Mosey to Track field for 3 rounds of the beast. 3 exercises with 25 yards in between. Run to first spot 15 Merkins, run to 2nd spot 25 2ct American Hammers, Last spot 16 single count lunges and then back. We did this 3 times.
We moseyed to the side of the track for a round of Burpee Dan’s. 4 cnt lunge walk and then one burpee to the other side of the field. Coming back 8 cnt lunge walk with 2 brupees.
Mosey to the bottom of the hill for 1 more round of the beast to get to Mary.
