The heart of these verses I feel is to not hear the Word but to put it into practice.
Don’t just show up on Sunday morning and then like every country song says cuss out loud just because it’s Monday
Don’t just talk about how we need to workout but get up and come and be a part of this brotherhood that is gonna lift you up and push you to be better.
Be imitators of the word…

Since imitation is the greatest form of flattery
These will all be repeat workouts of HIM I respect and wanna be like

A few weeks back sag did a workout that I absolutely loved because it beat the snot out of me and yet I didn’t die. That said – I’ve got a lot of respect for sag and his commitment to f3 and what he is bringing to the table here at the foxhole!

The the beating started off kinda light with

Head out to the beautiful coupon pile and met at the end of the parking lot and I believe someone shouted fox hole
Got back and they dang sure did it again – so we took off again.
Yhc finally got around to explaining the beating

In between each exercise the pax ran to the first flare and bear crawled to the second and ran back to the eagerly awaiting coupon.

Pax wanted to hijack the beating though by continuing to shout out foxhole so in an effort to curtail the foxhole shouting enthusiasm Yhc installed a punishment of 5 burpees per foxhole shout to ensure we would at least do something besides run all morning.

The beatdown got underway eventually and we got 1% better for that

As time drew near Yhc needed to call for the return of the coupons so we wouldn’t keep Mary waiting.
