Original plan was nosey to the square and do 4 corners (Had a flag planted at the square and everything). Half way thru the mosey we realized we lost our 6 due to an injury so at the corner of Montpelier and 42 we circled back to the Foxhole. Ended up on the new tennis courts.

W- 20 WWI Sit Ups
A-20 Alternating Shoulder Taps
H- 20 Heels to Heaven
O- 20 Oblique Side Bends (heel touches)

Mode of transportation between each corner was anything besides walking: lunges, bear crawl, frog jumps, crab walk, high knee, butt kicks, karaoke, etc

Once you get back to where you started- take 2 laps around the tennis court, then return back to your starting corner and repeat.
