Did a pile of exercises including a new one for me called toy soldiers that I kinda liked

A mosey burpee Bobby Hurley for 1.5 miles I guess stopping at every light to do two burpees and two Bobby hurleys

Then we got back to the courts for a repeat of the above minus the squat thrusters

Mary was a high plank till Jesus comes back is what it felt like
