Usually share some note of encouragement or challenge, but as we reflected on the young man who plays for the Buffalo Bills, Damar Hamiln, who is 24 and went into cardiac arrest during the game last night we were reminded of the brevity of life and ” we are but a mist, here today and gone tomorrow.” So don’t take a moment for granted and cherish each second you have with those you love.
