Mosey to Gilligans- squat COP 10, 5, 3; mosey to mr pingos- lunge walk parking lot. Merkin COP 10.
Mosey back to Gilligans Island. 4 corners with merkins , big boy sit ups, squats, and gas pumps. Start with 25 reps- each round go down 5 reps. Mosey to the middle after each exercise and do 10 SSH. Mosey back to About Face
