Mosey back to Gilligan’s parking lot. 4 corners- Merkins, Big Boy situps, 2 count backward lunges, gas pumps. Mosey back to the middle of the lot for 10 side straddle hops after each exercise. 10 reps first round; 15 reps 2nd, and 20 reps 3rd.
