THE THANG: 1 mile mosey, then instructed pax to do core exercises till the 6 (me.)
Mini Murph- 1/2 of a Murph with 50 pullups, 100 pushups, and 150 squats. We had already done the mile.
MARY: Pax choice. Mr Fixit- 20 American Hammers; Tripod- 20 WW2 situps; French Lick- 20 JLos; One Hit- 20 Box cutters; Tattnall- 20 Freddy Mercurys. Q called time, but Q doesn’t have a fitness watch right now and misunderstood how much time was left. So we finished with a 3+ minute low plank and 40 Moroccan night clubs.
