THE THANG: Mosey to Denver’s Salon parking lot. I think it needs a name so I nominate that we christen it “Gilligan’s Island.” The older guys will get it!
Three rounds of exercises; after each exercise do 5 burpees.
Round 1- 50 T-Jacks, 20 bear crawl/crawl bears, 30 side to side slides, 22 lunges with twist, 50 A skips (need to work on those,) 50 lunge/squat/lunges
Round 2- 40 T-Jacks, 20 bear crawl/crawl bears, 25 side to sides, 16 lunges with twist, 40 A-skips, 40 lunge/squat/lunges
Round 3- 30 T-Jacks, 20 bear crawl/crawl bears, 20 side to sides, 10 lunges with twist, 30 A-skips, 30 lunge/squat/lunges

We got our 100 Burpees in this morning!
