Huffy coming through with the Ruck VQ

We were fortunate enough to have the Tattnall Square Academy’s football team incoming seniors join us for our Ruck this morning.

We put some weight on our back and shoulders and we Rucked

Some of us talked about the importance of Character and team building and the mumble chatter was good this morning.

We were reminded that it isn’t about us as individuals but collectively as a team and a community.

Exciting to see so many people out in the gloom on a Friday Morning and grateful to have these young men join us.

Good job stepping up to VQ Huffy!!!
