INTRO:It was a cool morning and still a little wet from day before. Another good turnout at About Face. This was a great opportunity to have a Q school. As we worked out we went over the best practices as a Q.

WARM-O-RAMA:

THE THANG:
Mosey to parking lot for a round of merkin jacks. We felt the pump in our chests.
Mosey to parking lot looking for 100 yards of space to utilize. YHC was content with the 50ish yards I found, but Mr. Fix it led us not far away to the 100 yards we needed.
Time for the Charles Branson- Not sure who this is but according to Peaches he’s not a looker but he is a manly man.
50-SSH, sprint to first cone(100 yards), bear crawl to 2nd cone(10ish yards) mosey back to starting line.
Rinse and repeat with 50 merkins, 50 MNT Climbers, 50 LBC’s, 50 Jump Squats.
Mosey to Mary.

MARY:
Took this as an opportunity to test my skills at teach in Q school. Pax choice for Mary.
