INTRODUCTION: the usual
WARMUP:lots of stretching. Back, quads, hammies, and hips. I introduced a stretch that’s helped me with my plantar fasciitis . We also did a set of merkins and airsquats
THE THANG: we did a set of 4 corners with reps of 10, 20,30,&40 successively. We started with Burpees, then merkins, airsquats, and double count LBCs. Moseyed to the coupon pile for sets of 40 curls, tricep presses, overhead presses, and goblet squats. After that round we did another set with 2 reps. Moseyed back home with 2 minutes to spare.
