THE THANG:
Always 3 burpees when at the center. Move through the exercises at each of the corners of the parking lot. Start with the first set at corner 1, then to the center for burpees and then to the second corner for the first set. Work through all 4 corners and then start back at corner 1 to complete the first set and move to the second set in the same corner. Progress corner by corner and set by set until all exercises are completed.
