INTRODUCTION: It was a cool rainy morning down at Central City. Thought I might be a Lone Ranger but out of the gloom stepped two HIM ready for a beat down
WARMUP: After a mosey around to see if there were any other PAX, we returned to the flag for the Disclaimer, 5 CP, MS and Credio. We then did:

With the warm up complete, we started the WOD – Daybreak Beat Down

Elevens with Bobby Hurleys and BBS
Alternating Shoulder Taps
Kraken Burbees

We started and ended with Burbees. Introduced Mr Beast to the bearmuda triangle. Set up cones in a triangle and bear crawl from cone to cone. We did 5, 10, 15 squats at each cone. Rinse and repeat. Beast seemed to take note, so you may see a variation of this at a beatdown near you.
MARY: Made it to Mary with a minute left and knocked out some LBC
COT – 6TH MAN: Mr Beast- thanks for sharing- great point about why do F3? That 5a is about the only time during the day that is truly yours. What choice will you make? Take the DRP- you will be better for it!
