What is F3 Macon?

F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. F3 Macon is a region of F3 Nation serving the greater Macon, Ga area at multiple locations through our great city.

5 Core Principles

Free of Charge

There are no ‘memberships’ and all workouts are free.

All Men

Workouts are open to all men of all ages and abilities.

Outdoors

All workouts are held outdoors, rain or gloom.

 

Peer Led

Participants take turns leading. No training or certification required.

COT

Workouts ends with a Circle of Trust.
